2020 FS Martial Arts+Self-defense+Vegetarian Summer Camp

活動特色:教孩子如何保護自己,有自我防護的意識,提昇防身的能力。目前全世界正在推廣健康蔬食和運動的觀念,FS希望將這個觀念帶給學生們,因此這個夏天特別安排設計了綜合武術防身蔬食夏令營。另外在這個梯次中我們在課程會使用全英文教學,生活照顧會使用中文加英文。

★★三種武術防身課程一次大集合★★

武術,亦稱搏擊術,內容為鍛鍊身體各部位以增進身體各方面的強度和協調性,更重要的是學習防衛技巧與如何防身。
  
● ITF跆拳道 ←看課程介紹
正統武術跆拳道,ITF 跆拳道重視初始的武術精神,除了跆拳道的套路、動作和技巧外,更教育武道、武德,與禮儀。成為武林高手不是夢,就從現在開始!

● KICKBOXING自由搏擊 ←看課程介紹
一項拳腳併用的武術,結合格鬥實戰技,力量與敏捷缺一不可。課程中除了打靶學習步伐與技巧,也會進行對打練習享受競技快感!一起來點燃內心熱血小宇宙吧!

● 防身柔術 
著重防身技能的實戰武術,近距離使用自身的角度和身體的力量,例如寢技,摔,頸和關節鎖等。使較小而較弱的人可以成功地制服對一個比他更高大,更強壯的襲擊者,以小博大,小蝦米也能決戰大鯨魚!

 本人自願參加2020武術夏令營,活動其間所附的報名資料完全屬實正確,並評量過自身健康及體能狀態,可接受活動中的課程安排及適度肢體碰撞,若活動期間造成任何意外狀況,將遵照協會規定所給予的保險之權益。以上所填個人資料僅供本活動相關用途使用,本人同意FS使用以上資料辦理活動。

  1. 課程期間學員因私人因素遲到或未到,因課程為短期型態,將無法提供補課選擇。
  2. 報名寒暑假營隊,若因故不克參與當梯次,可選擇延後至下一梯次上課,但課程需於當屆營隊使用完畢。
  3. 若課程開始前,課程不克參與欲轉予他人,需經本館同意並酌收$500手續費;轉讓者及被轉讓者雙方需親

現場做轉讓手續,僅限轉讓一次。

  1. 如遇不可抗力之情事(颱風、地震等),本館有權決定是否延期舉辦,若公告延後舉辦日,將不接受退費。若無公告補辦日,將依天數退費95%,並收取5%手續費。
  2. 於課程開始30日前提出者退費90%,30-21日前退費80%,21-2日前退費70%,活動前1日退費50%。
  3. 活動期間因私人因素缺席皆無法退費。
